Nettle Leaf - Rich in micro nutrients like carotene, vitamin C, manganese, iron, calcium, zinc and chromium. After birth, aides in abundant milk supply. A tonic that helps strengthen the entire system and decreases pain such as cramping which may be beneficial in labor.
Raspberry Leaf - Full of antioxidants. A uterine tonic that helps the body prepare for birth and can shorten labor time by making contractions work more efficiently. Helps prevent excessive bleeding post-birth and reduces the use of birthing interventions.
